1. Original Paintings
Original paintings are non-returnable, non-refundable. Because all sales are in-person, the purchaser has the opportunity to view the art and take their time deciding on a purchase.
All art is carefully wrapped for protection once purchased. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs once the piece of art is taken out of my booth/tent/sales area.
2. Prints and other merchandise
If you are unhappy with a print or other merchandise you've purchased, it may be exchanged if brought back in its original condition (undamaged) during the days/hours of the event where it was purchased.

3. Payments
We offer multiple payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Any refund will be made via the payment method you originally used. A variety of credit cards, debit cards and mobile payment methods are accepted.
Sales are conducted in-person at a variety of events throughout the year. Purchased art is removed by the purchaser on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are made ahead of purchase. Delivery is not available. Each piece will be wrapped on site for protection.
