If you would like to exchange your LillianCoz.Art original painting, please send an email to biz@lilliancoz.art within 10 business days of your order arriving. Include your order number and a link to the new artwork you want to collect. A return label will be sent to you for the painting that you want to exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same new, undamaged condition that it was sent to you, along with the Certificate of Authenticity/Sale (when applicable). It must also be in the original packaging and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original commissions cannot be exchanged.
Complimentary returns are offered for damaged work only.
If you notice damage to the packaging and upon unpacking your artwork from LillianCoz.Art, contact me within 48 hours of receiving the artwork, with digital images of the damage ( send email to biz@lilliancoz.art ).
